Jackie Kuschner, APRN, CNM, MSN, CPM (Retired)

Postpartum Nurse

Jackie has been practicing women's healthcare since 1989, beginning as a birth coach and educator, while working towards her passion and degree to be a midwife as an advanced practice registered nurse.

She has been an Associate Professor of Nursing in Maternal Child Health. She relocated from New York to North Carolina to maintain her ties with her children and grandchildren. After 8 years as a Certified Professional Midwife in South Carolina, she then relocated again with her family to Georgia. She strongly believes that there is nothing more important than family. She has three grown daughters and five delightful grandchildren. Having over 30 years of experience as a healthcare provider, she strongly adheres to her deepest passion in communicating and supporting the entire family. In 2021 she decided to semi-retire as a full-time midwife. She is forever grateful to have become a team member at Atlanta Birth Center as a Postpartum care provider. She truly feels that she has reached yet another calling. I eagerly look forward to each and every postpartum visit using my experiences, skills, and support for each family I have the privilege of providing care for.
