With over 30 years of leadership and management experience, Nikkia brings a wealth of expertise in operational efficiency, client services, and financial processes.  Nikia graduated with honors from New York University in 2001 and Clayton State University in 2011 holding degree in Business with a concentration in Project Management.

As the Client Care Operations & Billing Lead at Atlanta Birth Center, she ensures that families receive seamless, compassionate support from their first inquiry to their postpartum journey.
